Tim Rowe

Tim is a senior IT professional with a passion for digital technologies and services. He is proactive and focuses on delivering best outcomes by drawing on his considerable technical background and analytical skills in association with sound business acumen. Tim considerable experience  creating shared strategic vision and delivering operational excellence. He is especially skilled in:

• Planning and implementing system integrations
• Working with vendors to optimise service offerings and maximise budgetary spend
• Continuous improvement of systems and efficiencies, collaborating with business units to develop new system and process solutions
• Business intelligence 

Victoria Rowe

Victoria is a seasoned communications and business systems specialist with considerable experience in both academic and business arenas. She is highly skilled at facilitating communication at all levels with the ability to convey complex ideas to different audiences. Victoria is a:

• Content management system expert (including Office 365 SharePoint and Atlassian Confluence). Development and project implementation; promoting business change and user adoption of new structure, features and capabilities of the system
• Litmos LMS (learning management system) consultant. System implementation and ongoing needs support
• Business analysis for system and process improvement including process mapping, documentation, analysis, improvement and transformation, with stakeholders at all levels of the business
• Instructional design and coaching, turning ‘tech talk’ into everyday understandable and engaging language for a diverse audience
• Victoria is a graduate of the University of Auckland, and holds postgraduate degrees in Psychology
